New Card Information

 

 
For security purposes we only accept payment information via phone. To submit a new card number to The Payment Company please call our toll free number at 1-888-884-4922. Simply tell the receptionist that you would like to “update your payment information on file.” They will then pass it along to an account specialist who will update your account accordingly.

Payment methods that can be used are Credit/Debit Card or Checking Account (EFT). We will need the following information:

Credit Card – Card Type, Name on Card, Card Number and Expiration Date

Bank Account (EFT) – Bank Name, Account Number, Routing Number and Name on Account
